Hello everyone, I just want to update you on my surgery and test results. Everything went very well and I am home and recovering from surgery. The week of the surgery is a loss to me, I really don’t remember anything from Monday morning to about Thursday night. I guess all the drugs had something to do with that. Anyhoo everything went so well I got to come home a few days early. They found the mass and removed it……it was BENIGN!!! They did not have to remove my spleen or do a whole resection of my pancreas just a small part and that means I should not develop diabetes. I still have a while to recover from the surgery, I think there are about 40 to 60 staples in my stomach which will come out on the 22 of February. I am so thankful for all the prayers and well wishes….the power of prayer is an amazing thing!!!! Thank you all so very much!!! I’m going to rest now….my energy level is very low and my mind a bit fuzzy, but I’m on the road to a healthy recovery!!
