Haunted House
Here is Miss Witchy’s house…..I think she really needs a cute handy man….Bwhahahaha!! I wish you could see this in real life the purple is so very shimmery, I airbrushed it with SU perfect plum re-inker a little pinch of perfect pearls….so very very shimmery!!! The front doors are cut to open up, the house is also cut out and several of the windows to give it some dimension, oh and I also airbrushed the house with SU creamy caramel re-inker with a pinch of perfect pearls and then colored in a few spots with my Copic markers.

The the next card with Miss Witchy herself out flying around, running errands she even stopped to pick up a pumpkin for her front porch….hehe!! I masked the witch and airbrushed with barely banana SU re-inker and again a pinch of perfect pearls. The rest was colored in with my Copic markers. The hat has stickles black glitter glue on it….lots of sparkle!! I even gave her some purple eyeshadow and a little blush on her cheeks! All these cute Halloween images can be found at Rubbernecker Stamp Co. Hey it’s never to early to start making any kind of holiday cards….right!

Making a Scene!!

Published by cwilliams under DTGD08, PTI, Rubbernecker, cards

DTGD08 Kittie- outside Hi all, two more days left for all the fabulous DTGD08 challenges going on over at Splitcoast. Kittie asked me to make a sample for her challenge that she is hosting today “make a scene” Kittie always makes the most beautiful scene cards, I am always amazed at her artistic ability to create a scene!! I was so happy she asked!!! I love to make little scenes, I know they are not as beautiful Kittie’s but I always have fun making them! Here you see the outside of the card. I also did a little scene for the inside of this card. Both scenes are done using the Kittie Kits from Rubbernecker Stamp Co. I figured what better way to cause a scene……opps……I mean make a scene than to use the kits Kittie designed for that purpose….right! The sentiment on the outside is made using my computer and the sentiment on the inside is from PTI Birthday Basics set. The DP is from My Minds Eye. I colored the ribbon with one of my Copic markers to tie in with the colors. On the water I used some white puffy paint. The non alcoholic beverage…….not……..is covered in glossy accents. Hey if I’m dreaming of being on the beach I will definitely have a nice cold alcoholic beverage, I know dreaming of one will not make my pancreatitis acted up…..lol! Everything is colored in with my Copic markers. Now go and cause a scene of your own…lol!!DTGD08 Kittie- inside

{Relax Ingredients}

5 Minute Card!!

Published by cwilliams under DTGD08, PTI, cards

Hi there, this is another card for the DTGD08 challenges. This one is for Jenn’s aka jbalcer challenge. Her challenge is a inspiration piece, wow is that cake gorgeous and the colors gorgeous, the green really pops with the black!!

This card seriously took all of 5 minutes to make, got to love that!! The only stamping is the sentiment “Good Luck” by PTI mixed messages set, stamped in Palette Noir Black . The DP is by AB, Amanda Blu, I bought it from Michael’s craft store. Black card stock, green souffle pen, Marvy paper trimming buddie using the scallop blade and the green shimmer grosgrain ribbon. Simple but I think very cute!! Now I’m off to check out some more of the challenges and do some DT work.

FS76 Scallop Card!!

Published by cwilliams under Challenge cards, cards

FS76Hi there again! Here is the card I made for today’s featured stamper over on Splitcoast. SUSIESTAMPALOT is the featured stamper, Congrats to you Susie and you have a fabulous gallery. Here is the card I picked. I changed the colors, stamp image and sentiment. I kept the scallop card, but mine is like a clam shell card, not a swivel action. The flower image is stamped in Adirondack Espresso onto PTI White. I airbrushed the broken china distress ink & perfect pearls on the main image panel, after making a mask for the flower. The flower is colored in with my Twinkling H2O’s (dreamsicle, orange peel, cinammon brown) very shimmery in real life!! The DP is from Basic Grey Mellow, sponged with spiced marmalade distress ink, with ink blending tool. The card base I think is Bazzill card stock. Orange satin ribbon tied to the top to finish it off!

{thinking of you Ingredients}
Stamps: Hero Arts
Paper: PTI White, Bazzill, Basic Grey Mellow
Ink: Adirondack Espresso, Spiced Marmalade, Broken China
Accessories: Orange Satin Ribbon, Circle & Scallop Circle Nesties, Perfect Pearls, Eclipse Tape, Ink Blending Tool, Twinkling H2O’s, Watercoloring Brush, Airbrush Machine.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!!

Good Sunday Morning!!

Published by cwilliams under PTI, SU, cards

Daughter-1

Good Sunday morning, I have a card for you today….yeah! This card is for a friend’s daughter for her birthday, which was yesterday. The image (Stamps Happen, Inc.) was stamped onto watercolor paper with Brilliance graphite black, heat set it a little to make sure the ink was dry. I then colored it in with SU re-inkers and an aqua brush. I had so much fun coloring this and love the way it turned out. I used my nesties to cut out the image and for the scallop panel. I’m not sure who makes the pattern paper, found it in my stash, sponged the edges with SU perfect plum. The card stock is from PTI lavender moon, plum pudding and PTI plum pudding satin ribbon. The dotted ribbon is from May Arts in a light purple. The “Daughter” is also from PTI from the “Women of Life” set.

Daughter-2 Here is the inside of the card, I used the same pattern paper that I used on the front, sponged the edges with the same ink. The sentiment is from PTI again….lol. from the Birthday Basics set.

I’m waiting to see who the featured stamper is this week so I may be back later with another card!

{Daughter Ingredients}
Stamps: Stamps Happen Inc., PTI Women of Life, PTI Birthday Basics
Paper: PTI Lavender Moon, Plum Pudding, Pattern Paper, Watercolor Paper
Ink: Brilliance Graphite Black
Accessories: PTI Plum Pudding Satin Ribbon, May Arts Dotted Ribbon, SU Re-inkers, Ink Blending Tool, Nesties, Aqua Brush.

Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a wonderful day!!
