A Fall card and A Halloween card

Published by cwilliams at 4:00 am under Copics, Motivet Stamps, PTI, Prism, Rubbernecker, Spellbinders, cards

I don’t know why mo & jo always give me such a hard time, when ever I don’t stamp, color or create something for a few days(darn work). It takes me for ever to get mo & jo going and by then it’s time to go back to work….lol!! Anyhoo I did however get them going for a few cards.

The first one here is made with a new stamp set by Rubbernecker called Fall Trilogy, a fabulous fall set!! I so wish ya all could see this in real life….the shimmer is beautiful and also you can see several different colors from the perfect pearls…..gold, green, copper..ect. The leaves were stamped with versamark dazzle on to cardstock vellum, then I brush on some perfect pearls in kiwi….gorgeous colors!!! The sentiment was stamped with memento tuxedo black. I backed the vellum with PTI kraft cardstock, the kraft cs edges were cut with my Fiskars mini-scallop paper edgers.

Wow, until I read the details on the fall leaves card I thought that was some gorgeous decorative paper. I need to find some Perfect Pearls, that is so beautiful! The little Halloween witch is just adorable, I love all of the purple.

I love both of the cards! So different, but both special in their own way! I love the elegnace of the leaf card and the cuteness of the other one! :) I hear you on missing mojo. I think I went about 2-3 weeks without stamping recently and I was SO lost in my stamp room when I finally set out to stamp! LOL

Your fall card just glows! The new sets are gorgeous! And your Halloween card is so fun. I love making Halloween cards just because they’re a good excuse to go all bright and wild with the colors. Got some ready to go… just need to finish the Christmas release.

Just an idea, you can find e-card at Halloween 2009 e-card
for halloween. This site allows for anyone to upload their own picture so they can send it out to friends and family with a message as a greeting on Halloween.
