This week’s Challenge is to use chipboard(or Grunge, or cut up cereal box) on your card.

I used some cardboard from the back of a pad of paper, I die cut a sea shell using a sizzlits die cut. I covered the shell with Fabrico craft ink in the color Sand, sprinkled on some Dazzling Diamonds. The palm tree image from Rubbernecker Stamp Oasis Line is stamped on PTI vintage cream card stock using Adirondack Espresso ink, colored in with my Copic markers. The sun in the image is covered with stickles orange peel glitter glue and the water has glossy accents on it. The background paper is spritzed with a mixtured of water, perfect pearls copper and distress ink antique linen re-inker. The dome stickers are from K&Company, I adhered them to some PTI vintage cream card stock, used some black foam dimensional boosters to pop them up. The ribbon is from Micheal’s, 5/8 antique white satin.

This week’s Challenge is Paint- watercolor, acrylic, crackle paint. Just some sort of paint on your card or project.

As you can see I used some crackle paint, I just painted onto a piece of card stock and used it as a layer. I used the Fiskars Threading Water Border Punch at the bottom, added some rhinestones for some bling. The image is colored in with my Copic markers and Spica glitter pens. I masked the image with eclipse tape and airbrushed around the image. I added glossy accents to the cut open peach to give it that wet look of a nice juicy peach…… yummy!!

Here you can see the sparkle and the gloss on the peaches!

Stamps: Rubbernecker Stamp Co.. Peaches??

This week’s Challenge - Make a card using circles somewhere on your card!

I used some DP(Cosmo Cricket Get Happy) that has circles in it and also a Nestabilitie scallop circle for the main image. The scallop circle was sponged with Adirondack Meadow ink all around the edges with a Ink Blending Tool. The main image was stamped in Adirondack Pitch Black on Solar White CS twice, the bear was cut out of the second image and popped up to give some dimension. I colored the image in with my Copic markers. The word PLAY is a rub-on from Michael’s made by AB. The green rhinestones are from me & my BIG ideas. The photo corners are from Creative Imaginations(I’ve had forever), I added red 3-D paint to the circles on the photo corners.

RBC09-1

I really like the bright colors on this card! I hope you can play along this week it’s a fun challenge!

Supplies used; Stamps; Rubbernecker Joshie #103-03, Paper; Solar White CS, Cosmo Cricket Get Happy, Green CS Ink; Adirondack Meadow, Pitch Black Accessories; Copic Markers, Me & My Big Ideas Green Rhinestones, AB Rub-Ons, Nestabilitie Scallop Circle, Ink Blending Tool, 3-D Paint, Creative Imaginations Photo Corners
